Location: Atlanta, GA Job Type: Full-time Shift/ Schedule: Variable Shifts SUMMARY The Clinical Pharmacist works in the patient care areas. Competent in reviewing and evaluating of medication orders for appropriate pharmacotherapy in the following age groups of patients: Neonatal, Pediatric, Adult, and Geriatric. Demonstrate the ability to communicate with nursing staff and physicians to resolve and prevent drug-related problems. Clinical pharmacists play a vital role on the healthcare team by collaborating with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive safe, effective, and appropriate medication treatment.
