Aqua Plastics, an AQUA Dermatology portfolio practice, is part of Florida's largest and most comprehensive full service skin care provider in the Southeast, offering medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology, plastic surgery, vein care and radiation oncology. Aqua Plastics has an immediate need for a RN interested in a Part time/Thursday schedule. Plastics experience is preferred! Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply! Preferred Clinical Skills and Knowledge General and Plastics surgery * Assists in performing Plastic and cosmetic procedures, and administration of medications * Provides patient education and is knowledgeable on post procedure care, skin care, sun safety and prescription instructions/potential side effects. * Prepares and assists provider with procedures Surgical Procedures * Proficient in sterile technique while assisting in surgical procedures * Skilled in postoperative care including but not limited to bandage changes and suture removal Medical documentation * Obtains and documents in EMR accurate patient medical history * Understands principles of medical documentation and coding/billing * Efficiently utilizes EMR software to accurately capture the patient's encounter Required Education and experience * RN License * 1-2 years in a plastics or surgical environment Apply Now to learn more!
