* Bachelor's Degree in Nursing * Master's Degree in Nursing - Nurse Practitioner * Five (5) years post master's degree experience as Nurse Practitioner * New York State Licensed Registered Professional Nurse and Nurse Practitioner * Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) * Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) * Good interpersonal and communication skills * Ability to deal with patients, co-workers and physicians in an effective and professional manner.
