City/State Elizabeth City, NC Overview Work Shift Third (Nights) (United States of America) Sentara Albemarle Medical Center is hiring a Registered Nurse Unit Coordinator for the 2-South Medical/Surgical Unit. This is a promotional opportunity into leadership to advance your level of care in the Medical Telemetry setting. Full-Time, Night Shift 18 months nursing experience required. BSN required This M/S unit is a 24-bed unit with adult, geriatric, adolescent patient population. Medical or GYN overflow patients are cared for on this Medical/Surgical Unit. The variety of cases seen include abdominal, endoscopic, ENT, general, gynecologic, ophthalmic, orthopedic, thoracic, urologic, vascular, and plastic surgeries. Medical patients are admitted with CHF, pneumonia, COPD, sepsis, atrial fib and chest pain.
