Certified Nurse Midwife

Overview Novant Health Medical Group is looking for a compassionate, caring Certified Nurse Midwife to join an established, growing practice of 3 physicians and 6 midwives in Wilmington, NC. This position provides full scope of midwifery care, including well-woman checks, family planning, prenatal, intrapartum, and post-partum care to our patients. The ideal candidate provides excellent patient care, is flexible, treats each member of the team whether clinical or non-clinical as a valued part of the team, and illustrates trust, loyalty and commitment to patients and colleagues. Schedule: 1- 24-hour shift per week inpatient and two 8-hour days in the office. Weekend call 1-in-5 rotation. Minimum of one year as a CNM. Preferred Licensure/Certification/Registration: Current RN and Certified Nurse Midwife Licensure Required Additional Skills Required: Ability to successfully complete generic and department-specific skills validation and competency testing.
