No. We offer new graduates the option to begin in the Graduate Nurse (GN) position or the Clinical Nurse I position. * A Graduate Nurse (GN) is a recent nursing school graduate who will work in an unlicensed position, prior to taking the NCLEX exam. The GN is responsible for the provision of nursing care under the direction and supervision of a Registered Professional Nurse (RN). * A Clinical Nurse I is a recent nursing school graduate who has successfully passed the NCLEX exam. As a licensed professional care provider, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the nursing care of patients from admission through discharge.
