Dole Methadone clinic helps individuals over 18 years old overcome their opiate addiction. Among your various responsibilities, you will coordinate and participate in the efficient delivery of high-quality nursing care to assigned opiate dependent patients, who are receiving methadone or suboxone in an integrated care setting including primary care, psychiatric, preventative care and recovery services. You will collaborate with an outstanding multidisciplinary team, analyze patient care data, administer and manage medications and evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans. You will provide ongoing patient education, telephonic & in person triaging; Take initiatives, actively participant in quality & patient safety initiatives; Identify and address opportunities for improvement, participate in shared governance committees, and help to build on our reputation for extraordinary outcomes and care. This is a full-time day shift position from 7 a.m. - 3 p.m. Monday - Friday with alternating Saturdays, hours vary. Preferred Criteria * Behavioral Health and/or Substance Addiction experience * Certification in Addiction Nursing or Psychiatric Mental Health Required Criteria * Bachelor's Degree in Nursing * Current New York State RN license (or willingness to obtain) * BLS certification through the AHA Join a healthcare system where employee engagement is at an all-time high.
