Advanced Practice Provider OSF OnCall Urgent Care

Overview Job Specifics: * OSF OnCall is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Advanced Practice Provider to join a modern urgent care clinic in the Greater Peoria Area * Potential to float to any of our central region clinics: * 4 Peoria locations * Pekin, Morton, East Peoria, Washington * Galesburg * Sole provider model with CMA, MOA, LPN, Rad Tech, and office manager support * Strong clinical support with lead APP and Clinical Director * Schedule: 7:45am - 8pm (or last patient seen) * Three, 12 hours shifts with rotating weekends and holidays * 3-4 patients per hour * Epic EMR About OSF On Call Urgent Care: * On-demand care from OSF OnCall Urgent Care offers convenient in-person or virtual visit options when minor illnesses or injuries occur * Clinics are available in retail shopping areas throughout Illinois. Maintaining the consistency and quality of all services provided. Maintaining full and current patient medical records, including reports of all examinations, procedures, and other services performed by the provider or other support staff. Exercising diligence in assisting the OSF CEO in keeping costs of the practice to a minimum while maintaining a high level of quality care for patients. Providing a truly personalized, patient-centric experience to all patients of OSF OnCall Urgent Care. Qualifications REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Masters Other Skills/Knowledge: Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide patient care that is appropriate to the ages of the patients served. Licenses/ Certifications: APN OnCall Urgent Care PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience: Experience as an APN Other requirements/information: May be required to float between clinics as needed.
