RN Clinical Manager for Hospice

JSSA's Hospice team has an immediate opening for a full-time Clinical Manager. For nearly 30 years, our hospice has offered a wide range of quality medical and support services, from symptom and pain management to emotional and spiritual guidance for patients and their families. We are the hospice in the community to turn to for exceptional end-of-life care that supports dignity and comfort for individuals, provides peace of mind to families, and honors cultural traditions and customs. Responsibilities: The Clinical Manager will provide overall direction and leadership to their clinical team; ensure effective management of clinical, administrative and supervisory functions related to personnel, hospice policies and procedures in order to meet JSSA's mission of patient care. Qualifications: * Prior knowledge and skills providing meaningful care to and communicating with the terminally ill and their families. * Possesses an active State of Maryland RN license * BSN and CHPN certification preferred * Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience, preferably in a hospice setting * Strong technical skills with advanced knowledge and experience in MS Office 365 and EHR/EMR systems * Must be available for AOC on-call rotations as needed We Offer: * Competitive compensation and benefits package * Hybrid work environment (some in office weekly presence required) * Medical/Prescription/Dental/Vision insurance * 403b Retirement Plan * Paid Leave (sick/vacation/personal/holidays) * And much more...
