We are currently seeking a compassionate, enthusiastic, and patient-centered Home Health RN. Summary/Objective Provides high quality professional health care to patients of all ages in their home environment. Plans, implements and evaluates nursing care for patients and families. Required Education and Experience * Graduated from an accredited school of nursing. * One year of experience. * Positive attitude, good mental and physical health. Licenses/Certifications * Current state of Illinois RN license. * CPR Certification. These services include, but are not limited to an Emergency Room, full service OR suites, an inpatient care unit, therapy services, advanced medical imaging, Home Health, and Hospice Care. The hospital operates rural health clinics in Watseka, IL, Gilman, IL, Milford, IL, and Kentland, IN. along with a skilled nursing facility, Iroquois Resident Home, which is attached to the hospital property.
