Registered Nurse RN - Joint Replacement/Orthopedics Unit


Job Summary * Evaluates assigned patients and plans, implements and documents nursing care. * Deliver excellent nursing care through evaluations, planning, implementation, and documentation while serving a diverse patient population with complex concerns. * Performs various patient tests and administers medications within the scope of practice of the registered nurse. * Promotes patients' independence by establishing patient care goals and teaching patients and families to understand conditions, medications, and self-care skills. * Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. #READ Qualifications Education Requirements * Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing Experience * Relevant Experience Certification and Licensure * PA Registered Nurse Temporary Practice Permit or Registered Nurse License Required Skills * Excellent Communications Skills * Excellent Interpersonal Skills Overview N5S Orthopedic Surgical- 26 bed unit with Advanced Joint Accreditation caring for the Joint Replacement and Orthopedic populations.
