Nurse Residency - Critical Care/Emergency Dept


Crozer Health (CH) is seeking full-time#newly graduated#nurses#for The Fall 2024 Emergency Department and Critical Care Nurse Residency Program#(including: ICU, Burn Center, Neuro-Surgical ICU, Surgical Trauma, and the Emergency Departments)#within Crozer-Chester Medical Center#and Taylor Hospital.# If selected, nurses will provide direct and indirect nursing care to patients within one of the nursing departments identified. These positions will be full-time rotating shifts. PLEASE NOTE: During orientation, residents will work any combination of 8 and 12 hour shifts, up to 40 hours a week. The applicants that are selected and hired for this program will be eligible for a#$15,000 sign-on bonus and up to $50,000 in student loan forgiveness.# If selected, Crozer will also pay for the NCLEX exam if passed. (this includes the exam only) Positions are available in the following departments: Emergency Department CCMC Taylor DCMH Critical Care: CCMC: ICU# Burn Treatment Center# Neurosurgical ICU# Surgical Trauma ICU Taylor ICU Candidates must be a graduate from an accredited nursing#program with an overall GPA of 3.0#or higher.## Candidates that meet the criteria for the position will be contacted and scheduled for an interview. #Applicants are encouraged to input NCLEX dates on their application under the licensure section.
