Registered Nurse RN Clinic Flex

Overview Sign on bonus eligible! $5,000 for external candidates Pay range for this position is $28.49 - $41.13/hour. Actual pay is based on years of licensure. A 10% differential will be added on the base pay for working a flex role. OSF will invest in you on day 1! Candidates with 5+ years of direct experience will receive 24 hours of Vacation and Holiday time that will be available for use beginning day 1. This is in addition to our generous time-off benefits. POSITION SUMMARY: Registered nurse protects, promotes and restores health and wellness, by practicing at the highest level of licensure; collaborates with providers and multidisciplinary care team members to provide care coordination across the continuum; assesses and supports physical symptoms; provides psychological support to patients, friends, and families; mentors assigned team members; promotes best practices; maintains professional disposition at all times. This position will travel between our Primary Care medical groups based on need. Qualifications REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: License/Certifications: * Current licensure by the State Board of Nursing in appropriate state (Illinois or Michigan) * American Heart Association (BLS for Health Care Providers) PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: * BSN Experience: * 6 months experience as an RN in a healthcare environment Other skills/knowledge: * Electronic Medical Record and Microsoft application basic proficiency OSF HealthCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
