At Hartford Hospital, we offer: \$10,000 Sign-On Bonus for 36+ hours/week \$5,000 Sign-On Bonus for 24-35 hours/week Newly Revised Competitive Hourly Rates Tuition Reimbursement up to \$5,250.00 after six months of employment and up to 40% tuition discounts with partnering institutions for colleague AND dependents Radiology has their own Transport department and Technologist Support Aides to assist with patient transfers, room preparation and turn-over Partnership with equipment manufacturers allow for new equipment with state-of-the-art features and imaging packages On-the-job training in a teaching hospital that offers a great learning environment Opportunities for modality cross-training and career advancement Generous Paid Time Off, 401k with company match and so much more Position Summary: The Radiologic Technologist performs diagnostic radiographic imaging procedures in various locations including but not limited to ambulatory or acute settings by positioning patients, operating diagnostic x-ray equipment and providing patient care during imaging exams to assist in diagnosis and treatment of the patient. Our Radiologic Technologists may perform fluoroscopic procedures and Bone Density/DEXA exams as needed. Qualifications Requirements: Graduate from an accredited Radiography program State of Connecticut Radiographer license ARRT certification in Radiography (obtained within 120 days of graduation for new graduates) Basic Life Support (BLS) If you're looking to gain valuable career experience in a state of the art, level-1 trauma hospital setting, Hartford Hospital is the place for you.
