The Company Vitable's mission is to provide delightful and accessible healthcare to hourly worker who often fall into the Coverage Gap-meaning that they might earn too much to qualify for Medicaid, but not enough to afford traditional health insurance. We offer affordable memberships to small and medium-sized businesses. Their employees become our members, gaining access to care from our provider network. Our core services include primary care, mental health counseling/couching, and occupational health services. We meet our members where they are: online, at home, and at work, eliminating the need for brick & mortar clinics. The Role Vitable Health is seeking per diem Nurse Practitioner to provide occupational health services for pop-up clinics at our clients' offices. In addition to administrative physicals, these can often include QTF or PPD test and/or drug and alcohol panels. Responsibilities * Conduct comprehensive physical assessments and medical histories of patients * Administer and read PPD tests or perform blood draws * Instruct patients on self-collection * Document patient care in electronic health record and employer forms * Deliver specimens to a lab or other designated drop-off point Compensation: $100/hour The Candidate Minimum Requirements: * Doctorate or Master's degree in Nursing from accredited program * Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in Pennsylvania * At least one year of experience practicing as an NP * Demonstrated ability to work independently * Malpractice insurance * CPR certification * A car and valid driver's license * Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care * Skilled at drawing blood This position requires that you be vaccinated against Covid-19 unless you need a reasonable accommodation for a religious or medical reason.
