Broward Health Imperial Point Shift: Shift 1 FTE: 1.000000 Summary: Manages the planning, administering, and evaluating of the operations and care delivery of the surgery department covering the main ORs and the ASC. Oversees professional practice, clinical outcomes, human resources management, financial performance, customer satisfaction, and refinement in response to needs and trends. Education: * Bachelor's degree required. Essential: * Graduate of an accredited nursing school (AD in Nursing, RN Diploma, or BSN). Essential: * Five years of related surgical nursing experience including leadership. Credentials: Essential: * Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida or holds a multi-state nursing license; or able to obtain license prior to start is required. * National Certification in Area of Specialty: CNOR strongly preferred. * Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support.
