Registered Nurse RN 5/6 Weekend Adult Medical Specialty Unit AMSU

Overview Sign on Bonuses * $15,000 with a 1 year work commitment (new graduates & external candidates) Limited Weekend Requirements * Self-scheduled per 6 week plotter * 0-4 years of RN Experience = 4 Weekend Shifts * 4-10 years of RN Experience = 3 Weekend Shifts * 10-15 years of RN Experience = 2 Weekend Shifts * 15+ years of RN Experience = No weekend Shifts Competitive Compensation * Pay range for this position is $32.08-$48.73. Actual pay is based on years of licensure. Stackable Pay Incentives * This position includes a night shift differential of $4. Weekend premium will be 20%. POSITION SUMMARY: Protects, promotes and restores health and wellness by practicing at the highest level of the Registered Nurse licensure; collaborating with Providers and multidisciplinary care team members to provide care coordination acrosss the continuum. Assesses and supports physical symptoms, provides psycyhological support to patients, friends, and families, mentors assinged team members, promotes best practices and maintains professional disposition at all times. Will be scheduled and required to work 11 out of every 12 weekends. The RN Hospital Inpatient/ED operates in units that provide 24/7 care in the hospital.
