Non-acute care is offered through various affiliates, SUMMARY: Utilizes the principles of the nursing process to provide for the continuity and quality of nursing care administered to a specific group of neonate, pediatric, adolescent, adult or geriatric patients consistent with the philosophy, goals, policies and procedures of the Nursing Department and Hospital Administration. Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide appropriate care to the age of the patient served on the nursing unit or by patient care department. JOB QUALIFICATIONS * NYS RN License Required * Accredited School of Nursing Graduate * 1-3 Years Med/Surg Experience Required, Endoscopy Experience Preferred * BLS, ACLS, and PALS Required Location: Vassar Brothers Medical Center Work Type: Per Diem Standard Hours: 8.00 FTE: 0.010000 Work Schedule: Day 8 Work Shift: 3 shifts per contract, call as required Org Unit: 1458 Department: Gastroenterology Exempt: No Grade: U11 Salary Range: $32.6400 - $65.0148 Hourly Working conditions: Essential: * Little or no manual skills / motor coord & finger dexterity * Little or no potential for occupational risk * Sedentary/light effort.
