Required: Two (2) years of acute care experience in appropriate clinical care area Registration as a professional nurse in the state of North Carolina multi-state licensure privilege through the Nurse Licensure Compact BLS ACLS- if in critical care areas Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Electronic Fetal Monitoring (Intermediate) S.T.A.B.L.E. Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities: Experience providing care to a diverse population of patients/families. #Commitment to providing nursing care that is patient and family centered. Compassionate, non-judgmental, respectful and accountable. Knowledge regarding quality improvement and standards of care within practice area. Experience in teaching patients and families. Excellent communication skills.
