RN Bilingual

Bilingual Registered Nurse (RN) - Full-Time Position Available at Universal Spine and Joint Lakeland location with training in Tampa. Pain management experience a plus. The RN will assist the physician with patient intake, patient and treatment preparation, patient care and monitoring during procedures, and ensuring patient well-being. The RN must be compassionate, communicative and thorough, and committed to the highest degree of quality care and regulatory compliance. Duties & Responsibilities: * Responsible for managing patients seeking relief from depression and chronic pain * Comfortable administering IVs * Anticipates and fulfills doctor and patient needs, coordinates activities in room, maintains medical records, and communicates effectively with staff and others * Assures that documentation is appropriate, accurate, and complete Qualifications/Education: * Active RN license in Florida or a Compact license * Nursing degree from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred * Bilingual-English and Spanish speaking * BLS * ACLS certification * Prior work in an ER or ICU is a plus * Compassion, organization, good communication skills, and ability to work well with others required * Excellent oral and written communication skills * Previous EMR experience * Ability to manage time and meet deadlines
