About the Role As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of prescription orders to patients. Your responsibilities will include: * Interpreting and entering prescription information in compliance with state regulations * Using various computer systems to process prescriptions, compare orders, and generate labels. * Packaging and delivering medications following standard procedures to ensure safe and secure delivery * Conducting quality assurance checks, reaching out to prescribers and patients when needed, and resolving third-party rejections * Preparing manual prescription orders by verifying information, pulling the required medications from inventory, and completing necessary scanning and packaging Requirements * You have a High School Diploma / GED and you have 1+ years of prior experience in counting/packing medications and prior authorizations * You are a certified pharmacy technician within the state of employment * You are familiar with general pharmacy terminology (SIG codes, brand, and generic names of medications) * You are proficient with a computer and Windows PC applications and are able to navigate and learn new and complex computer system applications * You are available to work within operating hours: Mon - Fri: 10AM - 6PM EST & Sat & Sun: 11AM - 3PM EST What We Offer * Competitive compensation, commensurate with qualifications and experience * Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage * The opportunity to work alongside some of the brightest minds in healthcare and technology * The opportunity to execute on a high-impact mission, to build a pharmacy that works for everyone, within a $425 billion pharmacy industry touching 70% of Americans once a month Capsule is committed to hiring the best team possible to build a pharmacy that works for everyone.
