Nurse Navigator - TGPN - Tampa

This Registered Nurse will play a dual role within the Tampa General Provider Network, focusing on coordinating tertiary care needs and patient transfers to Tampa General Hospital. The RN will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth care transitions and implement multi-disciplinary approaches to patient care. They will support patients from diagnosis through post-treatment care, serving as a central resource within the program. Patient care may span inpatient and outpatient services across different specialties. Overall, this role involves optimizing patient care delivery across various care settings. Responsible for performing job duties under the mission, vision, and values of Tampa General Provider Network, Cancer Center of South Florida, and Tampa General Hospital. Bachelors in nursing (BSN) from an accredited School of Nursing Licensed and currently registered to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida (in good standing, without disciplinary investigation or actions) * A minimum of one year of oncology experience is required. * A minimum of three years of related work experience is required.
