Clinical Nurse Clinician-RN -Surgery Breast Center-NYP Medical Group Queens-Days NewYork-Presbyterian Queens Medical Group- Nurse Clinician- Breast Center is looking for highly organized and motivated RN to join our team in a non-patient facing role. You'll play a vital role in supporting our providers, ensuring efficient workflows, and contributing to exceptional patient care. Responsibilities: * Provide comprehensive support to surgeons and other healthcare professionals. * Manage and prioritize phone calls, inquiries, and communication with patients and external parties. * Employ strong triage skills to categorize and address needs effectively. * Meticulously prepare and maintain documentation for tumor review boards. * Perform other duties as assigned. Preferred Criteria: * At least 3-5 years of RN experience. * Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN). * Attention to detail: A keen eye for accuracy and a commitment to thoroughness are essential. * Customer service: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to ensure positive interactions with patients and colleagues. * Medical office experience: Prior experience working in a medical office setting is a plus. * Oncology experience: Familiarity with oncology practices and terminology is highly desirable.
