Family Nurse Practitioner - Bilingual (Farsi)

We are currently looking for a family nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join our primary care practice in Fairfax, Virginia. In order to best accommodate our patient panel, we are specifically looking for a provider who is fluent in Farsi. * Outstanding opportunity to join our well-established private practice and work alongside 6 board certified primary care physicians, 8 physician assistants, 7 nurse practitioners, 1 chiropractor, and a tenured support staff * Our practice providers the full scope of primary care services to patients of all ages, and is recognized as one of the top family medicine practices in Northern VA * Providers have access to our on-site lab and phlebotomist, as well as modern diagnostic tools such as eVox brain mapping and cardiopulmonary exercise testing * Full-time and part-time schedules can be accommodated, including occasional weekend shifts (9:00am-1:00pm) * This position will be primarily based at our Fairfax and Tysons Corner office locations, with occasional coverage in our Vienna, VA office * Offering competitive compensation and complete benefits Qualifications: * 2+ years of primary care experience required, no new graduates will be considered * Fluency in Farsi required * Must love building relationships with patients, value bedside manner, and possess excellent clinical skills * Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations * State licensure and board certification is required About Fairfax, VA: * Offering an ideal mix of urban and suburban living, Fairfax is located minutes from downtown Washington, D.C. and three major airports. * Fairfax was recently named one of the "Healthiest Communities in America" by US News, emphasizing the community's access to care and prevalence of healthy behaviors. * The Washington metropolitan area is home to numerous government institutions and cultural attractions, including festivals, museums, theaters, year-round markets, outdoor recreation, and five professional sports teams. * Outside the immediate metro area, residents can take advantage of hiking, camping and boating opportunities in Shenandoah National Park, Great Falls State Park and other outdoor spaces. * The community is situated in close proximity to several highly regarded institutions including American, Georgetown, George Washington, and Howard Universities, as well as a plethora of public and private grade schools.
