Registered Nurse

Opportunity to work for the leading provider of community-based cancer care and blood disorder services. They offer treatment options for cancer patients within clinical research studies. Description: * Oversees the clinical operations for all nursing clinical support activities. * Establishes and maintains all nursing personnel files. * Ensures all licensing and certification criteria are met. * Assists with the review and revision of clinical policies and procedures. * Ensure adequate staffing/FTEs for assigned clinics. * Maintains effective nursing staff coverage and operating costs for the practice and/or satellites within budgetary parameters. * Participates in the interviewing and recruiting of nursing personnel. * Performs tasks assigned to staff nurses as necessary Demonstrates working knowledge of applicable labor laws and schedules and coordinates employee staffing including vacations, sick leave and overtime. * Ensure clinical operations and practice consistent with organizational objectives. * Monitors and evaluates patient satisfaction and quality assurance measures. * Directs the correct use of charge codes and coordinates education of all staff in correct procedures per reimbursement guidelines * Develops new services and activities for patients, families and staff in accordance with practice service objectives Additional Skills & Qualifications: * RN license * BS degree About Actalent Actalent is a global leader in engineering and sciences services and talent solutions.
