Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Our Family Practice in Rotterdam is looking for a full time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their team! Hours are Monday and Thursday from 7:30am-5pm, Wednesday and Friday 7am-5pm. You will have Tuesdays off. Responsibilities * Practice medicine with physician supervision including conducting examinations and writing prescriptions. * Collaborate with physicians in managing acute and long-term medical needs of patients. * Assess patient status by obtaining health history. * Order/perform laboratory diagnostic and other screening tests. * Treat illnesses, give injections, suture wounds. * Monitor therapies and provide continuity of care. * Counsel patient/family on preventive health care. * Participate in peer reviews, chart reviews, staff education, clinical guideline development and other continuing education. Annual Salary Range: $100,000- $150,000 CCP salary ranges are designed to be competitive with room for professional and financial growth.
