Hours/Shift: Full-time, 7pm to 7am Department/Position Overview: This 24 bed unit primarily serves our Joint, Spine and Observation patients. We care for total knee, total hip and spinal surgery patients as well as observation patients with diagnosis of chest pain, congestive heart failure, kidney stones, UTI, COPD, etc. We have had great outcomes using the Marshall-Steel program and the nurse driven protocols empower nurses at the bedside.
