Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Community Care Physicians (CCP), the largest independent physician led multispecialty group in the Capital Region of New York, with over 35 primary care offices, is seeking experienced Hospitalists to join and establish its new Hospitalist Program. This is a unique and exciting opportunity to be part of a transformative team at the forefront of integrated inpatient and outpatient care delivery in the Capital Region. In partnership with Capital District Physicians' Health Plan (CDPHP), CCP is establishing a new 24/7 Hospitalist program that will build upon our Primary Care and our robust Transitions of Care (TOC) programs, while providing acute care for adult CCP patients and CDPHP members admitted to the Albany Medical Center Hospital. We are currently seeking MD/DOs and NPs or PAs to join our inaugural team. Located within three hours of NYC, Boston and Montreal, the Capital Region of New York is a cosmopolitan area with a small town feel and beautiful nature. The region includes Albany, Schenectady, Troy, and Saratoga Springs. Annual Salary Range: $120,000- $150,000 with $30,000 incentive. CCP salary ranges are designed to be competitive with room for professional and financial growth. Individual compensation is based on several factors unique to each candidate, such as work experience, qualifications, and skills. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay.
