# Internal Posting Dates: March 28, 2024-April 4, 2024 Pay Range $36.44-$51.65* Ambulatory Surgical Unit - Registered Nurse Full-Time Shift 7a to 3:30p # Req 7349 $10,000 Sign On Provides care in the Ambulatory setting directed toward meeting both the psychosocial and physical needs of the patient.# Is a resource person and teacher.# Care given reflects initiative and responsibility indicative of professional expectations.# Utilizes initiative, strives to maintain a steady level of productivity.# Is a self-starter.# Is compatible and supportive, a team player.# Communication on behalf of the patient reflects the mission, ethics and goals of Carthage Area Hospital as well as the focus statement of the department.# Maintains regulatory agency requirements, nursing and Carthage Area Hospital policies, procedures and standards. Qualifications:# Required to obtain /maintain BLS. ACLS and PALS within six (6) months of hire. Recommended to obtain/Maintain Peri-Op 101 certification. Encouraged to obtain/maintain their RN-BC (Certified Nurse Operating Room) in Ambulatory Care through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).
