Nurse (RN)

Duties Assesses students and staff requiring the direct services of a nurse. Provides health care for involved students and assists in the implementation of required health care procedures. Maintains health records. Qualifications Nursing degree (preferred) or diploma and valid License from the State of Illinois to practice as a Registered Nurse.A Professional Educator License (PEL) with the Certified School Nurse endorsement from ISBE; or An RN who has successfully completed an online training course specific to special education laws and regulations and students with disabilities approved by ISBE.
