Dietary Assistant

* Position is fulltime, Monday-Friday 8am-4pm located at the downtown facility. Who we are ERC Pathlight is an innovative, rapidly growing clinical leader in the behavioral health sector. We offer the most comprehensive treatment program in the country for patients who struggle with eating disorders, mood and anxiety and trauma-related disorders. How youll serve our patients As a dietary professional at ERC Pathlight, you can expect to be a part of team that delivers hands-on treatment, therapy sessions and/or support to our patients in one of our many centers around the nation, or virtually through our tele-behavioral health platform. You will serve patients daily in a multitude of ways: * Collect and analyze patient data as related to the dietary department * Sets up and supervises meals, snacks, supported eating and restaurant outings * Distributes, collects, corrects and organizes menus twice weekly * Updates and maintains snack lists and diet order sheet weekly * Updates and maintains patient meal schedule weekly * Distributes, collects and analyzes food service quality improvement indicators * Assists in communication between disciplines * Provides patient support when necessary and appropriate Must haves * 2 years of relative experience in a clinical administrative setting preferred * Valid Drivers license * CPR Bonus Qualities * Some experience working with mentally ill populations * Bachelor's degree preferred How we invest in you Every role at ERC Pathlight is essential to delivering the high-quality care we promise to our patients.
