Hospice Nurse (RN) - eligible for $3k sign on bonus!

Part-Time 12265 Townsend Road Nursing RN/LPN Day ELIGIBLE FOR SIGN ON BONUS UP TO $3K Redeemer Home Care and Hospice is seeking an experienced Hospice RN to join our team in providing quality, compassionate care for our patients and their families throughout southeastern Pennsylvania. POSITION SUMMARY: Delivers quality hospice and palliative nursing care to patients in the community, nursing home, or inpatient hospice setting. Develops, implements, and coordinates the interdisciplinary plan of care for each patient and family. Participates in professional development activities that further personal and program goals related to end of life care. A primary way staff connect to our mission is by collaborating with all team members in promoting an environment that provides quality, compassionate, holistic, patient-centered care and supports all internal and external customers RECRUITMENT REQUIREMENTS: * Graduate from an accredited school of nursing. * BSN preferred * CHPN preferred * Minimum 1 year med/surg. experience. * Minimum 1 year home care or hospice experience preferred. * Current NJ/PA nursing license. * Ability to work flexible hours, and meet weekend, holiday, and NOC requirements * Current IV and veni-puncture experience preferred LICENSE AND REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS: Current licensure in State of practice, Valid Driver's License, Current CPR Certification EOE
