Nurse Practitioner - NP - Radiation Oncology - Days Explore this career-defining opportunity and step into this newly created position within The Julia and Ned Arnold Center for Radiation Oncology at NewYork-Presbyterian Queens. This is a unique and autonomous role, where your responsibilities will cover clinical duties. You will act as liaison between The Julia and Ned Arnold Center for Radiation Oncology and other practices hospital-wide, while also working directly with patients. Be involved in the day to day operations of the treatment center and help develop processes to improve workflow and patient experience. You will also have the opportunity to create and participate in unit-based committees while providing the best in care and caring for our patients. This is a full time day shift position at NewYork-Presbyterian Queens. Work is typically performed in a clinical environment, both outpatient and inpatient. Requires weekend call 1x/month; call coverage for 1 major holiday per year Preferred Criteria * Previous experience in Outpatient Oncology Required Criteria * At least five years of experience in Oncology * Master's Degree in Nursing * Current New York State NP license prior to credentialing * New York State Board Certified * BCLS certification Join a healthcare system where employee engagement is at an all-time high.
