Float RNs work on a PRN basis to fullfill identified hospital needs. The minimum hours requirement is 48 hours per 4 week clinical schedule, 24 hours out of that must be worked on the weekends. One major holiday is required per year and one minor holiday. Additional hours are offered based on Hospital needs. REQUIRES: Minimum 2 years working in health care setting. Experience with Med/Surg, Telemertry acute care patients. Must have excellent time management skills, communicate effectivley with all members of the healthcare team, excellent customer service and proficient with computers. Ability to operate independently with excellent critical thinking skills.
