Admissions Nurse, Surgery Administration

Summary * Part time, 32 hours per week * 4 days per week, 1 set day off * Day Shift (8am - 4:30pm) * For more info: [email protected] Obtains required pre-admission information for the patients. Testing may include history and physical, laboratory work, EKG, radiology, and other pertinent testing. Reviews results with appropriate physician/provider(s). May make pre- and post- visit calls to patients. Qualifications Education Associates degree in nursing is required. Bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred. Experience 2 years staff RN experience is required. Certifications, Licenses and Registrations Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice is required. Wisconsin: RNs may practice with a valid multi-state RN license as outlined in the Nurse Licensure Compact rules. Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
