RN Day Supervisor STARTING RATE: $36.00/hr. ($36.00 - $42.00/hr., dependent upon experience) SIGN-ON BONUS: $7,500 SHIFT: Part-Time, 7am - 3 pm e/o weekend BENEFITS: * Weekly Paychecks * Tuition Assistance * Referral Bonuses * Peer Mentorship * Generous Paid Time Off JOB DESCRIPTION: A Registered Nurse Supervisor works closely with RNs to ensure the best possible functions of assigned units and supervise unit employees. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Assists the Director of Nursing in directing, coordinating, and supervising the Nursing Services Department. * Scheduling and assigning nursing staff as needed for the department * Responsible for maintaining the standards of nursing care and practices within the facility to meet the needs of our residents and their families * Support nursing staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees * Ensure all policies and procedures are being followed at all times while also making suggestions for improvements * Provides information to Residents and health care team. * Maintains documentation of Resident care services. * Performs other position-related duties as assigned, depending on the assignment setting.
