RN Clinical/Business Coordinator - Surgical Services - FT Weekdays

The Clinical and Business Coordinator's role is to assist the department director in the day - to - day management of departmental operations and personnel management. The Clinical and Business Coordinator must be knowledgeable of, and ensure compliance with, all relevant regulatory and accreditation standards, and will maintain departmental policies and procedures in support of these standards and other organizational initiatives. * Provides direction, orientation, training, coaching, and mentoring to staff. Performs or assists with performance evaluations and disciplinary actions. Assists with selection process of new staff as directed. * Cross-trains to Nursing Supervisor and covers as assigned * Leads unit in the Director's absence, responsible and accountable for daily operations, quality, patient safety, productivity, and performance metrics * Assigned direct reports and completes performance evaluations as assigned Who We Are: Fauquier Health is a 97-bed acute care hospital offering surgical services (including robotics), a 24-hour Emergency Department, extensive medical imaging capabilities, an Intensive Care Unit and much, much more.
