Sentara Hospital Support Services is hiring a Registered Nurse to work in our Resource Pool covering two hospitals: Blue Ridge region: Rockingham Memorial in Harrisonburg and Martha Jefferson in Charlottesville. Offers Premium Differential Pay, Flexible Self Scheduling: (work up to Full-time hours if desired). Only required to provide the availability to work no more than two weeks in advance. Requires a minimum of 48 scheduled hours per pay month · Requires 1, 12-hour off-shift and 1, 12-hour weekend shift per month. · Requires minimum RN experience of 18 months.· Requires nurses to work in all units for which they are qualified and a minimum of two different units. Meets and maintains any requirements defined by specific specialty; Critical Care/IMCU ACLS within 1 year of hire; Emergency Care - ACLS & PALS or ENPC within 1 year of hire; Oncology Care ONS/ONCC or Sentara approved course Chemotherapy & Biotherapy Provider Card within 6 months of hire. Women's Care - Perinatal departments; NRP within 6 months of hire. Inpatient Pediatrics. PALS within 6 months of hire. All Direct Care RN's required to have BLS within 90 days of hire.
