Registered Nurse RN - Temporary Orthopedics Program Coordinator

Job Summary * Facilitates the process of organizing, integrating, and modifying the resources necessary to accomplish the goals set forth by the Joint Replacement Center Steering Committee. * Promotes collaborative care practices and participates in establishing partnerships with physicians and the Hospital to provide identified related services. * Serves as a resource for the consumers as they make their way through the health care delivery system of the Reading Hospital's Joint Replacement Center. #READ Qualifications Education Requirements * Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing Certification and Licensure * PA Registered Nurse License Required Skills * Excellent Communications Skills * Excellent Interpersonal Skills
