New Hope is a nurse-driven clinic at Miramar Health Center, a Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinic. New Hope specializes in caring for patients living with HIV in Central Washington, offering medical, dental, nutrition, counseling, outreach, and mental health services. We are a leader in the Central WA region for HIV care. Public health nurses and case managers collaborate to provide patients with wrap-around care services. What We Offer: * $37-$46/hour DOE with the ability to go higher for highly experienced candidates * Up to $10,000 in relocation assistance for candidates relocating more than 50 miles * $5,000 sign-on bonus & $2,000 bonus at 12 months of employment * Continued learning opportunities for professional development and growth * Specialized programs for nurses with student debt, including federal and state loan repayment * 100% employer-paid health insurance including medical, dental, vision, Rx, 24/7 telemedicine * Profit sharing & 403(b) retirement plan available * Generous PTO, 8 paid holidays, and much more! * Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm What You'll Do: Responsibilities for HIV patient care include monitoring health, administering medications, providing emotional support, conducting wellness activities, planning care, educating, administering medications, controlling infection, coordinating services, advocating, managing crises, and continuing education. Qualifications: * Associate's Degree or higher in Nursing * WA state RN license * If an RN license is in a participating Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state, the following requirements apply: Must submit proof of license in state of residence. Must submit proof of completion for the required suicide prevention training during 1st week of onboarding. If relocating to Washington State, must obtain WA RN license within 6 months of hire. Must update the primary state of residence within 60 days (applies to anyone relocating to Washington State). Military Nurses are not required to obtain a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) * CPR & BLS Certification is required * Valid Driver's License and proof of automobile liability insurance coverage Skills: * Bilingual (English/Spanish) welcomed (level 10 received bilingual differential pay) * Knowledge of established professional nursing concepts, procedures, and medication uses and effects * Effective verbal, written, and listening communication skills * Ability to prioritize work and handle a variety of tasks with frequent interruptions * Skills to effectively interact professionally with patients, families, and employees * Skills to understand and meet the unique needs of patients of all ages * Basic proficiency in Word, Excel, and EMR Our mission celebrates diversity.
