Staff RN- OR Incentives: (Full-time time or Part-time) * $10,000 sign on bonus with 3 year work commitment * $5,000 loan forgiveness up to 4 years (May apply after the 1st year work anniversary) * Relocation Assistance up to $10,000 Salary Range: Days: $36.78 - $47.99 Evenings: $40.78 - $51.99 Nights: $41.98 - $53.19 All evening and night shifts include shift differentials. The base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. Shift differentials have been included in the range. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity and contracts. Additional Highlights: * On Call - $4.25 per hour * Voluntary On Call - $2.75 per hour * In Charge Differential - $2.50 per hour * Preceptor Differential - $3.00 per hour * Float Pool Differential - $2.50 per hour * Critical Care Float Pool - $3.75 * Longevity Differential Available Requirements: * BLS required or obtained within 3 months of hire. * Minimum 2 years of previous OR experience required. Experience must be within the last 6 months. * Minimum one year medical/surgical experience preferred; preceptorship, charge and leadership abilities preferred. Job Summary: * Qualified candidate must possess a thorough knowledge of nursing principles, ability to provide quality patient care, and ability to assess patient's needs, e.g. clinical and teaching. * Must recognize safety issues to self and others and be able to assess and implement use of lifts to move patients in a safe manner. * Must be able to function well in stressful situations and have good, creative, problem-solving skills. * Strong leadership skills with the ability to prioritize and delegate. * May be required to assume duties as a charge nurse. * Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and written and verbal communication skills required. * Knowledge in the use of typical clinical equipment instrumentation utilized in providing a safe and/or aseptic environment in and OR/ASU setting. * On call, weekends and holiday rotation required.
