This is a full-time NIGHT SHIFT position. Sign On Bonus & relocation assistance available for qualified candidates!! This 42-bed unit specializes in the care of Adult Surgical Patients. Registered Nurses are assigned to PODs to assist patients recovering from surgeries: Urology, General Surgery, ENT, Plastic Surgery, GYN Surgery, Surgical Oncology, and Trauma Overflow. While working in this unit you can care for patients that may have renal disease, diabetes, COPD, and heart failure for a well-rounded nursing experience. This is a telemetry-monitored unit. The average patient stay is 3-4 days. As a Registered Nurse with Sentara, you can excel in your career.
