Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) - Home Health

Join us in providing stellar care! We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our team in Portland, OR. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality rehabilitative services to our patients in their homes. This is a full-time position and flexible with your schedule! Competitive compensation ranging from $79,000-$88,000/ year. (DOE) Requirements: * Graduate of an accredited physical therapy assistant program with either an Associate's degree in Science or Applied Science approved by the American Physical Therapy Association. * Current certification or license as required by state law. * Possesses and maintains CPR certification. * A licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state/or organization requirements and is in good working order. Responsibilities: * Provide physical therapy services to patients in accordance with the established plan of care. * Assist physical therapists in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans. * Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. * Educate patients and their families about home exercise programs and activities of daily living. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records. * Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
