You will orient and work on Medical Surgical Units and Intermediate Care Units (IMCU/Stepdown) to gain valuable nursing experience. You will receive full-time benefits and new graduate pay with the addition of working on a Rotation Team to provide you with a variety of patient experiences. * You will rotate between inpatient units every 12 weeks. * You may remain in the program for a maximum of 2 years. * After one (1) year, you may apply to any unit of your choice. * Full Time: 36 hours per week * 7am - 7pm Minimum Requirements License and Certification * Virginia or Compact Multi-State License in good standing * Basic Life Support (BLS) Education * RN-Associate's Degree * RN-Bachelor's Degree * RN-Diploma * RN-Master's Degree ABOUT SOH AND SOH NURSING Sentara Obici Hospital nurses are committed to providing evidence-based practice in their delivery of quality healthcare to our patients and families.
