RN PM Supervisor

Full-time Role 0.8FTE PM Shift Pay rate: $45.00 per hour (pay is based on previous experience) * Additional $2 PM/night shift hours differential * Additional 10% weekend shifts differential Are you a caring person and enjoy working in senior living? Job Description: The RN PM Supervisor is a strong leader who serves as a resource for the nursing staff, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to deliver optimal resident care. RN Supervisor supports nurses in clinical assessments and documentation of services rendered. Registered Nurse PM Supervisor assists with scheduling and ensures adequate staffing coverage. Acts as family liaison. What you bring to the table: * Must have Registered Nurse RN license in good standing in Illinois. * 3-5 years leadership experience in the nursing field * Long term care experience (preferred) * BSN (preferred) * Must possess excellent customer service, communication and leadership skills. * Strong computer skills are essential.
