Registered Nurse Supervisor 3PM-11PM No Weekends and Huge Sign-On Bonus

Registered Nurse Supervisor STARTING RATE: $36.00/hr. ($36.00 - $40.00/hr. depending on experience) SHIFT: Full-Time, 3 pm - 11 pm, Monday through Friday No Weekends!!! SIGN ON BONUS: Up to $7,500 for the evening shift (3 pm-11 pm) BENEFITS: * Weekly Paychecks * Same-Day Pay Options * Health, Dental, Life Insurance * Referral Bonus up to $500/referral * No-Frills Pay Options * Retirement/401k * Clinically Complex Positions * Flexible Schedules JOB DESCRIPTION: An RN Supervisor works closely with RNs and LPNs to ensure the best possible functions of assigned units and supervise unit employees. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Assists the Director of Nursing in directing, coordinating, and supervising the Nursing Services Department. * Scheduling and assigning nursing staff as needed for the department * Responsible for maintaining the standards of nursing care and practices within the facility to meet the needs of our residents and their families * Support nursing staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees * Ensure all policies and procedures are being followed at all times while also making suggestions for improvements * Provides information to Residents and health care team. * Maintains documentation of Resident care services. * Performs other position-related duties as assigned, depending on the assignment setting.
