The Home Health Nurse has the responsibility, accountability, and authority for providing coordinated, comprehensive nursing care to patients in the home setting. Use your critical thinking, analysis, and clinical judgment skills in all aspects of care delivery for patients and caregivers facing acute, chronic, and life limiting illness. You'll address the physical, psychosocial, and spiritual needs of patients and families to improve function, independence, and quality of life. * Develop and Grow Your Career! Position: Registered Nurse RN - Home Care Shift: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm + 1 weekend per month Experience: 1. Two Years recent med-surg experience in an acute or long-term care setting, rehabilitation, home care, or hospice setting preferred. MUVE Specific Experience: 1. At Least 1 year of RN experience within a hospital, acute rehab, or home health setting required for MUVE Home Health position. Education: 1. RN Diploma, ASN required. 2. BSN preferred. Licensures/Certifications: 1. Current license to practice nursing in PA. 2. Valid Driver's license and automobile insurance. 3. Current CPR certification preferred. 4. Certification in specialty area of nursing preferred. Requirements: This position requires you to wear a respirator as part of the job requirement.
