Registered Nurse - Ortho/Neuro Boulder Community Health, Boulder, CO 80303 $41.44- $58.16 an hour - Full Time, Nights. 36 hours a week.# Range includes night differential. +$2.50/hr for weekend shifts.# Boulder Community health is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Ortho/Neuro Department, where you will serve as a dedicated patient caregiver. Within our care delivery system, the RN will apply nursing theories, procedures, and standards to provide comprehensive and compassionate patient care. Responsibilities #Provides direct total patient care for specific group of patients with collaboration as needed. #Demonstrates clinical competence in performing nursing procedures and identifies the rationale underlying the nursing skills. #Identifies patient care problems, makes interventions based upon an understanding of the biopsychosocial processes. #Assesses patient status systematically and anticipates and responds to changes in patient clinical condition. #Actively seeks participation of the patient, family, and other members of the health care team to assure continuity of patient care. #Communicates clearly in all aspects of documentation. #Practices universal precautions appropriately. #May be required to perform point of care testing. #May be a point of care trainer.
