Kindbody was named to the 2023 CNBC Disruptor 50 list for revolutionizing the way fertility care is delivered in the U.S. About the Role As an experienced Area Lead Sonographer - Chicago reporting to our Practice Manager you will be working in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment where you will be relied on for your expertise, professionalism, and collaboration. This role is a full-time position and is based out of our Chicagoland Clinics. Responsibilities * Ability to perform all duties as an ultrasonographer. * Train new staff members in accordance with the KindWay procedures and protocols. * Ability to provide clear concise oral and written feedback. * Efficiently organize and direct staff. * Conduct annual skill set assessments. * Act to ensure the continuity of care through effective interactions with other departments. * Adhere to all standards, policies and procedures associated with safety, sanitation, confidentiality, and company operations. Who You Are * RDMS, OB/GYN required. * Basic Life Support (American Heart Association) certification. * Diploma or certificate of completion from an accredited medical sonography program. * At least three years of experience in a relevant role; experience in women's health & fertility is required. * Must know proper ultrasound guidance for surgical procedures.
