Homecare Registered Nurse

In Home Care Registered Nurse Always Best Care is a non medical home care agency serving Asheville, Hendersonville and surrounding areas. Recently being named 2024 Employer of Choice and Provider of Choice by Home Care Pulse we continue to be the best in the business. At this time we are currently in need of Full Time and Part Time RN's to join our team. Primary RN Responsibility: * Complete initial in home assessments and home safety assessments for all new clients * Develop client care plans * Conducts client in home supervisory visits at least every 90 days and update any changes * Completes quarterly record review * Conducts caregiver orientation, caregiver skill validation and documents caregiver competency * Conduct client fall risk assessments * Conducts caregiver TB tests upon hire Benefits: * 401K (with company match) * Direct Deposit * PTO * Performance Bonus Program * Light Physical Demands Required RN Experience: * Current NC (RN) Nursing license * Experience in senior care industry preferred; Home care, Home Health or Hospice experience is desirable * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Excellent team player but able to work independently * Current and valid driver's license and reliable vehicle Work Schedule will be based on client and company needs. Pay will be based on experience and availability Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PRN Standard shift: * Day shift Supplemental schedule: * On call Weekly schedule: * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Experience: * Nursing: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification: * BLS Certification (Preferred) * RN (Preferred) Ability to Commute: * Fletcher, NC 28732 (Required) Work Location: Hybrid remote in Fletcher, NC 28732
